Description

Creamy burrata and tasty sundried tomatoes, artichokes and olives make a quick and delicious pizza topping.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Place the pizza bases on two baking trays. Drizzle a tablespoon of the sundried tomato oil on the bases.

Step 2 of 3

Arrange the sliced tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, artichokes and olives on the pizza bases and top with chilli flakes. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the bases are golden.

Step 3 of 3

Top each pizza with dollops of burrata, rocket and a drizzle of pesto and serve.
