- 160grams baby potatoes, cooked and lightly mashed
- 1 medium white onion, peeled and diced
- 1teaspoons fresh ginger, chopped
- 1 pinch cracked black pepper
- 2tablespoons sesame oil
- 1tablespoons curry powder
- 1teaspoons cumin
- 1teaspoons mustard seeds
- 12 bao buns
Description

Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat up a pan to a medium heat and fry the cooked potatoes and vegetables with the sesame oil, seeds and spices for 5 minutes while tossing.
Step 2 of 4
Remove from the heat and set to one side.
Step 3 of 4
Warm up the bao buns in the microwave for 15 seconds.
Step 4 of 4
Put the ingredients in the bao buns and serve with your choice of condiments.
