- 350grams yellowfin tuna, diced medium
- 3teaspoons sweet soy sauce
- 1tablespoons sesame oil
- 1teaspoons sambal
- 1/2 mango, peeled, diced small
- 1/4 red onion, peeled, diced small
- 1/4 cucumber, diced small
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 6 pieces tostadas
- 2 stalks spring onions, trimmed, thinly sliced
- 2tablespoons furikake
Description
Everyone loves taco Tuesdays, try something new adding tuna poke tostadas to your Mexican feast. Best of all there is no cooking involved.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Toss the tuna, sweet soy, sesame oil and sambal together in a bowl letting the mixture marinate for 5 minutes.
Step 2 of 4
Combine the mango, red onion and cucumbers, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Step 3 of 4
Arrange the tostadas onto a platter laying them out flat, divide the tuna poke onto each shell placing a spoonful of mango salsa onto the centre of the tuna.
Step 4 of 4
Garnish each tostada with spring onions and furikake before eating immediately.
