Ahi Tuna Poke Cups

- 400grams tuna, sashimi grade, diced
- 1 large mango, de-stoned, peeled and diced
- 4 spring onions
- 1 large avocado
- 5tablespoons soy sauce
- 3tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 5centimeters ginger
- 2tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 12 wonton wrappers
- 5milliliter canola oil spray
Description
These tuna poke cups are a little taste of Hawaii.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Place the chopped tuna, spring onions, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, sriracha and ginger in a bowl, toss well to coat, cover and set aside for 20 minutes.
Step 2 of 3
Pre-heat the oven to 170°C/150°C fan-forced. Spray a 12 hole muffin tray with canola oil and press a wonton wrapper into each to form a cup shape. Bake for 6-7 minutes until lightly golden and crisp. Leave to cool for 10 minutes in the muffin tray.
Step 3 of 3
Stand each wonton cup upright on a platter, spoon in the tuna and spring onion mix, top with mango and avocado and serve.
