- 1 large avocado, peeled and destoned
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 lime wedges, sliced

Description
Seared tuna and zingy lime make these crispy tostadas a real treat.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat a large griddle pan on high and brush the tuna steak with oil. Sear for 1 minute on each side and set aside to rest.
Step 2 of 3
Heat the rest of the oil in a large, deep pan and cook the tortilas for 1 minute, flipping halfway through. Drain on kitchen paper.
Step 3 of 3
Mash the avocado with lime juice and stir in the garlic. Spread each tostada with avocado, slice the tuna and place on top. Scatter with jalapenos and serve with lime wedges.
