Description

This super tasty Mexican avocado toast has a little bit of spice from jalapenos and extra creaminess from feta.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Toss the chopped onion, tomatoes, jalapenos and fresh coriander in a bowl with a tablespoon of lime juice.

Step 2 of 3

Toast the sourdough to your liking. Mash the avocado well in a bowl.

Step 3 of 3

Spread the mashed avocado on each slice of toast, top with the salsa, pepper and a crumbling of feta and serve.
