Description

This nourishing salad is filled with bold Mexican flavours and can be simply prepared ahead of time for when you're rushing dinner or lunch.

Method

Step 1 of 2

In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, tip in 1/3 of the salsa, taco seasoning, turkey mince and black beans. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the turkey is cooked and the mixture is dry. Allow to cool.

Step 2 of 2

Scoop the some salsa into the bottom of the mason jars. Layer the taco meat, guacamole and the rest of the veggies. Close the lid and store in the fridge for 3 to 5 days.
