  • 4 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, seeded and diced

Description

Crispy falafels, fresh veggies and creamy tahini dressing make up this nutrient-dense salad.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Arrange the falafels on a sheet of baking paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping midway through the cooking time.

Step 2 of 3

In a jar, put the water, tahini, lemon juice, maple syrup and soy sauce. Cover the jar and shake. Set aside.

Step 3 of 3

Make a bed of romaine lettuce at the bottom of the plate. Top with carrots, radishes, cucumber and cooked falafels. Drizzle with the tahini dressing.
