Description

Refreshing watermelon tossed with sliced heirloom tomatoes, red onions and cucumber in a balsamic dressing garnished with crumbled goats cheese.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Add the watermelon, sliced tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and lettuce together in a bowl.

Step 2 of 3

Whisk the balsamic vinegar together with the honey, olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Add the dressing to the bowl of salad ingredients tossing everything to coat.

Step 3 of 3

Arrange the salad into a bowl or plate, garnish the top with crumbles of goats cheese before serving chilled.
