Description

Whole baked feta and figs make an impressive but really simple entree served with crusty bread or crackers.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Place the feta in a baking dish surrounded by figs.

Step 2 of 3

Top the feta with lemon zest and thyme sprigs and drizzle the dish with olive oil.

Step 3 of 3

Bake for 15 minutes, drizzle over the honey and bake for 5 more minutes before serving.
