  • 200grams goats cheese
  • 70grams rocket (to serve)
  • 1tablespoons balsamic reduction

Description

These goats cheese stuffed figs are the perfect mix of sweet and savoury, ideal as a party canape or entree with salad.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Place the figs on a baking tray standing upright (slice a bit of the base off if necessary) and cut a deep cross in the top of each.

Step 2 of 2

Stuff each fig with goats cheese and bake for 5-6 minutes. Serve on rocket with balsamic reduction drizzled on top.
