Description

This speedy, simple and delicious smoked mackerel pate is perfect served with crackers or bread as a light entree or lunch.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Mix the mackerel, creme fraiche, horseradish sauce and chives together in a bowl to form a coarse pate. If you prefer a smoother pate, blend in a food processor.

Step 2 of 2

Tip the mix into ramekins and serve with bread, crackers or crudites.
