- 2 medium beetroot, cooked and finely diced
- 100grams mixed beans, drained
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and mashed well
- 30grams oats
- 1 medium white onion, peeled and finely diced
- 1teaspoons rosemary, chopped
- 1teaspoons thyme, chopped
- 2tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 brioche buns, sliced open
- 80grams cheddar cheese, grated

These burgers are moist, earthy and have a smooth texture
Method
Step 1 of 7
In a blender, add the oats and herbs and blend into a flour consistency.
Step 2 of 7
In a mixing bowl, combine the beans with the beetroot, onion, garlic and mash together well.
Step 3 of 7
Now add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until fully combined.
Step 4 of 7
Heat up a pan to a medium heat and then add the oil to the pan.
Step 5 of 7
Separate your mixture into 4 tightly packed patties and place in the oil and fry for 20 minutes.
Step 6 of 7
Flip the burgers over and fry on the only side for 10 minutes.
Step 7 of 7
Toast your buns under the grill for 3 minutes and then serve with the burgers and cheddar cheese.
