Crisp halloumi and a chilli kick make this avocado toast extra delicious.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Toast the sourdough to your liking. Mash the avocadoes in a bowl with the lime juice.

Step 2 of 3

Heat a dry pan on medium high heat and cook the halloumi slices for 2 minutes on each side.

Step 3 of 3

Spread the avocado on the toast, top with halloumi and chilli flakes and serve.
