  • 400grams halloumi cheese, sliced into 4 slices
  • 4 slices pineapple, peeled and core removed
  • 1tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 medium wholemeal baps, sliced in half
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1teaspoons cracked black pepper
  • 4tablespoons chutney, store bought

Description

A crunchy, moist burger with a sweet and salty taste.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat up a chargrill to a medium heat. Lightly coat the halloumi with olive oil. Place the sliced halloumi on the chargrill and cook for 2 minutes on each side.

Step 2 of 3

Add the pineapple slices to the chargrill and grill everything for a further 2 minutes on each side. Heat up your baps for a few seconds on the grill.

Step 3 of 3

Spread some chutney on the buns and serve with the pineapple and halloumi.
