Description
Simple and lightly seasoned sweet potato fries.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Soak the potatoes in salted water for 20 minutes. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2 of 4
Drain the potatoes of the water fully, then toss in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
Step 3 of 4
Place the seasoned fries on a suitable baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until nicely browned on the outside.
Step 4 of 4
Serve with a selection of dips.
