- 350grams dry roasted peanuts
- 1tablespoons honey
Description
It is so easy to make your own peanut butter at home without additives and sugar.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Place 300g of peanuts in a high powered food processor. Blend for 3-4 minutes until crumbly, scraping down the sides as necessary. Blend for 4-5 minutes more, until smooth. Add honey and blend for 30 seconds.
Step 2 of 2
Stir through the remaining peanuts and scoop into a sterilised jar.
