Description
Not only are these dried blueberries easy to make, they are also full of flavour. Perfect in a trail mix, yoghurt, muffins and pancakes.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Preheat oven to 120°C/100°C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2 of 2
Spread blueberries evenly into a single layer on tray. Bake for 2 hours, or until dried. Store in an airtight container.
