  • 1 2/3 cup double cream
  • 1teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 80grams dark chocolate
  • 80grams pecans, lightly broken
  • 1/3 cup whipped cream

Description

Creamy passionfruit dessert pots with crunchy chocolate coated pecans.

Method

Step 1 of 5

In a large saucepan, melt the sugar with the cream and vanilla for 5 minutes.

Step 2 of 5

Once melted, remove from the heat and combine with the passionfruit.

Step 3 of 5

Pour the mixture into 4 serving dishes and allow to cool for 4 hours in the fridge.

Step 4 of 5

Before you are ready to serve, melt the chocolate in a saucepan and mix in the chopped pecans.

Step 5 of 5

Now top the pudding pots with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate coated pecans.
