- 2 1/3 cup double cream
- 397grams condensed milk
- 2teaspoons vanilla extract

Description
This fruity no-churn ice cream is homemade without the hassle.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Place the blackberries, lemon juice and zest in saucepan on medium heat, add a couple of tablespoons of water and gently cook down for 6-8 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool completely.
Step 2 of 4
Strain the blackberry mix into a bowl so you have a smooth puree.
Step 3 of 4
Whisk the double cream and condensed milk in a large bowl using a hand held mixer until thick and fluffy. Gently fold in the vanilla and blackberry mix using a spatula.
Step 4 of 4
Pour the mix into a freezer proof container and freeze for 6-8 hours.
