Description

Coconut milk makes the perfect base for this mixed berry vegan ice cream. Use your favourite berries like strawberries, raspberries and blackberries.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Pour the coconut milk into a large bowl, add the vanilla and 3 tablespoons of agave and mix well.

Step 2 of 3

Place the berries in a bowl, add a tablespoon of agave and blend with an immersion blender.

Step 3 of 3

Pour the coconut mix into an ice cream machine and gradually add the berry mix. Churn until frozen.
