Description
This 4 ingredient, dairy free coconut ice cream makes a rich dessert.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Pour 1 can of coconut milk into a small saucepan and heat on medium heat until simmering.
Step 2 of 4
Place the chopped chocolate in a bowl and pour over the warm coconut milk. Let it stand for 30 seconds then mix until smooth.
Step 3 of 4
Scoop the cream out of the other can of coconut milk, add to the chocolate mix and whisk until smooth. Stir in the honey and vanilla and set aside to cool.
Step 4 of 4
Pour the mix into an ice cream machine and churn until frozen.
