- 4 green tea bag
- 1L water
- 100grams caster sugar
- 3 medium peach, peeled, seed removed and chopped
- 2tablespoons ginger, chopped

Description
A tangy and zingy refreshing green iced tea.
Method
Step 1 of 5
Heat up a large saucepan with the water.
Step 2 of 5
Add the teabags and sugar and allow to simmer until the sugar melts.
Step 3 of 5
Remove from the heat and add the chopped peach and ginger.
Step 4 of 5
Transfer to a large jug and store in the fridge overnight.
Step 5 of 5
Next day, sieve the iced tea from the jug into your serving glass with ice.
