- 125grams ready-made garlic and herb butter
- 200grams mozzarella cheese, grated

Method
Step 1 of 2
Cut the baguette in half lengthways. Spread the garlic and herb butter generously over both halves and place on a baking sheet (cut the bread in half if it is too long for the oven).
Step 2 of 2
Sprinkle over the mozzarella and bake in a preheated oven, 220°C, Gas Mark 7, for 5 minutes until the cheese has melted. Cut into pieces to serve.
