  • 400grams prawns, de-shelled
  • 2 medium mango, peeled, de-seeded and sliced inyto bite size chunks.
  • 8 soft taco shells
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and diced
  • 1 medium lime juiced
  • 1teaspoons chilli flakes
  • 1tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 medium avocado, peeled, de-seeded and mashed
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 100grams cheddar cheese, grated

A crunchy, sweet, spicy and cheesy taco dish.

Method

Step 1 of 6

In a bowl, combine the cooked prawns with all the ingredients apart from the avocado, cream and cheese.

Step 2 of 6

Combine everything fully and allow to set for 20 minutes.

Step 3 of 6

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C and prepare a baking tray by placing the 8 taco shells.

Step 4 of 6

Heat up a non-stick pan to a medium heat and empty the prawn mixture into the pan and fry for 5 minutes while tossing.

Step 5 of 6

Remove from the heat and evenly fill each of the taco shells and bake in the oven for 3 minutes.

Step 6 of 6

Remove from the oven and top with cheese, sour cream and avocado before serving.
