Description

Piri Piri seasoning brings a little heat to this dish, perfect with cooling avocado salsa.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Pre-heat the grill to medium high. Place the trout fillets on a baking tray and sprinkle with piri piri seasoning. Grill for 6-8 minutes, until cooked through.

Step 2 of 2

Toss the avocado, cherry tomatoes, sweetcorn, spring onions, coriander and lime juice together in a large bowl. Serve with the trout fillets and lime wedges.
