- 200grams bacon lardons
- 20grams butter
- 20grams parsley, chopped
- 200grams panko bread crumbs
- 80grams blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 medium lemons, sliced into wedges

The bacon and blue cheese bring much aroma to this oyster recipe.
Method
Step 1 of 6
Heat up the grill on the oven and prepare a baking tray with shaped kitchen foil to hold the oysters steady.
Step 2 of 6
Place the oysters on the foil.
Step 3 of 6
In a pan on a medium heat, fry the butter with the bacon lardons for 6 minutes or until cooked.
Step 4 of 6
Remove from the heat and mix with the breadcrumbs and parsley.
Step 5 of 6
Equally cover the oysters with the crumb mix and broil in the grill for 3 minutes until the crumbs start to brown.
Step 6 of 6
Serve scattered with blue cheese and lemon wedges on the side.
