  • 450grams fresh whitefish fillet, skin and bones removed, medium diced
    ingredient tip
  • 1/4 red onion, peeled, thinly sliced
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 jalapeno, seeds and veins removed, diced
  • 2tablespoons coriander, leaves chopped
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 4 tortilla

Description

When the weather heats up it's time to get down to market for the catch of the day and make this invigorating fresh ceviche.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Toss all the ingredients together in a bowl letting the fish marinate for 5 minutes in the fridge.

Step 2 of 2

Season with sea salt before adding on a side of tortilla or vegetable chips for scooping.
