Method

Step 1 of 3

Shuck, drain and rinse the oysters and place on your serving dish with the lemon wedges on the side.

Step 2 of 3

Add the rest of the ingredients apart from the lemon to pan on a medium heat and fry for 3 minutes.

Step 3 of 3

Pour the contents into the oyster shells and serve with lemon wedges.
