- 450grams peeled & cooked baby shrimp
- 1/4 red onion, peeled, diced small
- 2 roma tomatoes, deseeded, diced small
- 1/2 jalapeno, seeds and veins removed, chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, diced small
- 1 stalk celery, trimmed, diced small
- 1 cup clamato juice
- 1teaspoons tabasco sauce
- 2tablespoons coriander leaves, leaves chopped
- 3tablespoons lime juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Description
Mexican shrimp cocktail is beautifully presented and has a touch of heat with tabasco and jalapenos. Serve with tortilla chips or crunchy lettuce.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Combine all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl seasoning with salt and pepper. Let everything marinade in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2 of 2
Portion into glasses or bowls, serve chilled with your favourite side.
