  • 2tablespoons parsley, leaves, chopped
  • 1teaspoons dill, chopped
  • 300grams medium prawns, peeled, deveined

Description

A barbecue just isn't complete without throwing some prawn skewers into the mix for a real crowd-pleaser.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Whisk the garlic, lemon juice, zest, olive oil, parsley and dill together, seasoning with salt and pepper before tossing in the prawns to coat.

Step 2 of 4

Let the prawns marinate for 20 minutes, soaking the wooden skewers in water in the meantime.

Step 3 of 4

Arrange the prawns onto skewers approximately 5 prawns each skewer. Preheat the grill to medium-heat for 10 minutes.

Step 4 of 4

Add the prawns to the grill, cooking on each side for 2-3 minutes basting with any leftover marinade until the prawns are fully cooked through and you're ready to eat.
