  • 12 leaves gem lettuce
  • 1 avocado, peel and seed removed, sliced
  • 2 red radish, trimmed, thinly sliced
  • 1 roma tomatoes, deseeded, diced small

Crab lettuce wraps are the perfect refreshing appetizer or snack packed with creamy crab salad and avocado.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Gently mix the crab meat with mayonnaise, cocktail sauce, lemon juice and chives until combined.

Step 2 of 2

Arrange the gem lettuce leaves onto a plate filling each leaf with the crab salad. Divide the sliced avocado, radish and tomatoes between each crab lettuce cup with a touch of salt on top.
