- 1tablespoons white vinegar
- 1tablespoons soy sauce
- 1teaspoons red chilli flakes
- 2 heads baby cos lettuce, leaves separated

Description
Make seafood the star of your snacking with these simple fried tiger prawns, served with crunchy lettuce and a soy dipping sauce.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook prawns in two batches, for 1 minute each side. Set aside for serving.
Step 2 of 3
To make the dipping sauce, combine vinegar, soy and chilli flakes in a small bowl.
Step 3 of 3
Place lettuce leaves on a serving platter. Top with prawns. Drizzle half of the dressing over the prawns. Serve remaining dressing alongside.
