  • 2 lobster tails, split in half lenghtways and sinue removed

Description

The anise flavoured liquor brings a subtle note of liquorice to the lemon buttered lobster.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.

Step 2 of 5

Heat up a non-stick pan to a medium heat and then add the butter.

Step 3 of 5

Once the butter starts to melt, add the Pernod, lemon juice and zest and combine for 30 seconds.

Step 4 of 5

Place the halved lobster tails in a large baking dish and cover the butter mixture and bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until cooked fully.

Step 5 of 5

Remove from the heat and serve with a choice of sides.
