  • 2teaspoons parsley, chopped
  • 100grams panko bread crumbs
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest
  • 2 lobster tails, split in half lenghtways and sinue removed

Description

A few simple ingredients bring this buttery and lemony lobster together with a brittle coating.

Method

Step 1 of 6

Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.

Step 2 of 6

Heat up a non-stick pan to a medium heat and then add the butter.

Step 3 of 6

Once the butter starts to melt, add the garlic and herbs for fry for 2 minutes and remove from the heat.

Step 4 of 6

Combine the panko crumbs with the herbed butter, lemon juice and zest and cover the meat in the lobster tails.

Step 5 of 6

Place the halved lobster tails in a large baking dish and then bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until cooked fully.

Step 6 of 6

Remove from the heat and serve with a choice of sides.
