  • 2 limes
  • 1teaspoons Mexican chilli powder
  • 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 500grams large green banana prawns, peeled, deveined, tails intact
  • 250grams mini flour tortillas
  • 450grams Woolworths American bbq coleslaw
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Description

Taco Tuesdays just got a lot more interesting with these prawn, avocado and coleslaw tacos.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Juice 1 lime. Combine chilli powder, lime juice and oil in a large bowl. Add prawns and toss to coat.

Step 2 of 3

Heat a greased barbecue plate on medium-high heat. Cook tortillas for 10 seconds each side or until golden. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm. Add prawns to the barbecue plate and cook for 2 minutes each side or until cooked through.

Step 3 of 3

Prepare coleslaw according to packet instructions, reserving half the dressing. Top tortillas with slaw, avocado and prawns. Drizzle with remaining dressing. Cut remaining lime into wedges. Serve lime with tacos.
