  • 1 avocado, peeled, diced
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, diced
  • 1kilograms chunky steakhouse chips
  • 1/2 lime, juiced (plus wedges to serve)
  • 410grams can red kidney beans, rinsed, drained
  • 500grams southern style crumbed fish bites
  • 8 solanato tomatoes, quartered
  • 1packets mexican taco shells

Method

Step 1 of 2

Mix together 410g can of rinsed and drained red kidney beans, 1 diced Lebanese cucumber, 8 quartered Sweet Solanato Tomatoes and 1 peeled and diced avocado in a bowl. Add juice of 1/2 lime and toss gently.

Step 2 of 2

Cook Southern Style Crumbed Fish Bites and chunky chips according to the packet instructions. Serve fish bites divided in Mexican taco shells with bean salad, sour cream, lime wedges and chips.
