  • 4 pieces mini tortilla's
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 red apple, grated
  • 1/4 cabbage, finely sliced
  • 1 bunch coriander, chopped

PERinaise, PERi-PERi and soft tortillas. Step aside fish finger sandwiches, it’s the tacos’ time to shine.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Preheat oven and cook fish fingers as per instructions on the packet.

Step 2 of 5

Prepare and grate the carrot, cabbage, apple, coriander and then mix together with PERi-PERi sauce.

Step 3 of 5

Add a drizzle of PERinaise to the middle of each tortilla and spoon slaw on each.

Step 4 of 5

Place the cooked fish fingers on top of the slaw and finish with extra PERinaise.

Step 5 of 5

Garnish with coriander if you’re feeling fancy. Serve.
