  • 1 1/2 cups brown rice
  • 1 carrot, sliced in to sticks
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 1 radish, thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced in to sticks
  • 1 chilli, thinly sliced
  • 1packets pickled ginger
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 500grams edamame beans
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup olive oil

Description

Discover our delicious poke bowl recipe! This easy-to-prepare dish is colourful and flavourful. Try this Hawaiian-inspired meal for a nice and light meal.

Method

Step 1 of 7

Cook Rice according to the instructions on the packet ~ 30 minutes

Step 2 of 7

Chopped all the vegetables into pieces and set aside.

Step 3 of 7

Preheat pan on high heat. Remove steaks from packaging and spray with oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook steaks for approximately 4 minutes or until cooked through

Step 4 of 7

Remove from heat and rest in pan for 1 minute

Step 5 of 7

Whisk olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl and add a dash of salt and pepper

Step 6 of 7

Place a ½ cup of cooked rice in a bowl. Top with small handfuls of each of the vegetables. Slice Turkey steaks into pieces. Top with slices

Step 7 of 7

Add dressing to your liking by drizzling olive oil and lemon juice mix over bowl and top with Ginger.
