- 1 large carrot
- 2 wholemeal Lebanese flatbread
- 1 lime
- 300grams no salt added corn kernels, drained
- 285grams mexican style tuna (3 cans)
- 420grams can mexican style 3 bean mix no added salt, drained
- 270grams warm spiced salad kit
- 100grams roasted chickpeas

Description
For an easy lunch idea, make this quick tuna salad recipe with a spicy kick.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 180C. Cut each flatbread in half and then again into triangular wedges. Place wedges onto a baking tray and cook in oven for 5 minutes or until warm through.
Step 2 of 3
Meanwhile, grate carrot into a large salad bowl. Add beans, corn, tuna and salad kit, including pomegranate dressing and roasted chickpeas. Squeeze lime over salad and toss to combine.
Step 3 of 3
Serve with warm flatbread wedges.
