  • 60grams peanuts
  • 2teaspoons honey
  • 2tablespoons teriyaki sauce

Light, crunchy and refreshing salad with Asian flavours

Method

Step 1 of 2

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Cover the peanuts with the honey evenly and roast in the oven on a baking tray for 10 minutes.

Step 2 of 2

While the nuts are roasting, peel your cucumber and chop your scallions and chilli. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and serve with the honey roasted nuts.
