  • 2 medium avocado, peeled and sliced
  • 3 medium roma tomatoes, sliced
  • 300grams buffalo mozzarella, drained and sliced
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

Description

A fruity twist on a classic Italian inspired salad that can be ready in as little as 5 minutes.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Heat up a non-stick pan to a medium heat with the balsamic and reduce by half to thicken. Remove from the heat and set to one side to allow to cool.

Step 2 of 2

Slice the fruit, cheese and vegetables to the desired thickness. Serve the ingredients layered on a plate and drizzle the cooled/reduced balsamic.
