- 2 medium cucumber, sliced lenghways in half and de-seeded
- 200grams feta cheese, crumbles
- 200grams cooked ham, sliced and cooked
- 1 pinch salt
- 1teaspoons cracked black pepper
- 40grams salad leaves, washed and drained
- 1tablespoons olive oil
Description
This no cook snack or appetiser pairs the freshness of the cucumber with the saltiness of the ham and feta.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Prepare the cucumber by slicing lengthways and removing the pips down the centre.
Step 2 of 3
Layer the feta cheese in the centre and top with thinly sliced ham before serving.
Step 3 of 3
Garnish with seasoning, oil and some salad leaves.
