  • 300grams natural yoghurt
  • 100grams green grapes, halved
  • 1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
  • 6 celery, sliced diagonally
  • 1 green apple, cored, quartered and thinly sliced
  • 60grams sultanas

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat a nonstick frying pan over a medium-low heat and dry-fry the walnuts for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until slightly golden. Leave to cool slightly.

Step 2 of 3

Mix together the cumin and yoghurt in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and the toasted walnuts and toss in the dressing until well coated.

Step 3 of 3

Serve immediately or cover and chill until required.
