- 1 mango, peeled, roughly chopped
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups desiccated coconut
- 1/4 cup white chia seeds
- 1/2teaspoons ground turmeric
Description
This healthier bliss ball recipe is perfect for summer holidays. It's nutritionally approved for kids and made with juicy in-season mango.

Tip:Store bliss balls in an airtight container in the fridge.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Place mango, oats, 1 1/2 cups coconut, chia seeds and turmeric in a food processor and process for 20 seconds or until mixture starts to combine (do not overprocess).
Step 2 of 2
Using damp hands, roll heaped tablespoonfuls of mango mixture into balls to make a total of 20. Place remaining coconut in a shallow bowl, then roll balls in coconut to coat. Serve.
