Description
Start the day off right with these simple Dutch pancakes topped with Greek-style yoghurt and raspberries. We guarantee they'll delight your littlest critics.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Blitz bananas, eggs, milk, oats, vanilla extract and cinnamon in a blender for 15 seconds or until smooth.
Step 2 of 2
Heat a large greased non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Working in batches, spoon 1 tablespoonful of batter at a time into pan. Cook for 1 minute or until bubbles appear on surface. Flip and cook for 1 minute or until golden. Repeat to use remaining mixture. Serve with raspberries and yoghurt.
