Step 1 of 1

Combine oats, milk and vanilla extract in a saucepan. Bring to the boil, and then reduce heat and simmer, stirring for 4-5 minutes or until oats are creamy. Stand 3 minutes. Layer porridge between banana and strawberries in two jars. Drizzle with maple syrup and serve.
