  • 2/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup reduced-fat milk
  • 1 cup plain reduced-fat Greek-style yoghurt

Method

Step 1 of 2

Place oats with milk and 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan. Cook, stirring, until mixture comes to the boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes or until tender. Remove pan from heat and set aside, covered, for 5 minutes.

Step 2 of 2

Divide porridge between 2 bowls and smooth tops. Spoon or pipe a little raspberry puree in centre of porridge. Top puree with blueberries. Spoon or pipe a ring of yoghurt around puree, then create another ring of puree around yoghurt. To serve, use yoghurt to create a star over blueberries.
