Fill food flasks with boiling water and set aside for 5 minutes. Drain water from flasks and dry well.

Meanwhile, place all the ingredients in a small saucepan, whisking to combine. Bring to a simmer over low heat, then remove pan from heat.

Pour hot chocolate into flasks and serve.
