Description
Turn bagels into a sweeter snack for the kids with this nutritionally approved recipe. This recipe can be made ahead and enjoyed whenever sweet cravings hit.

Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Line two large baking trays with baking paper. Place bagel rounds, in a single layer, on trays.
Step 2 of 3
Combine honey and 1 tbs warm water in a small bowl. Brush tops of bagel rounds with honey mixture, then sprinkle with cinnamon.
Step 3 of 3
Bake bagels for 15 minutes or until golden and crisp. Serve with yoghurt.
